Where will the shoots be held?

The shoots can be in the comfort of your own home! If not we can discuss locations! 

What do I wear?

The photos are meant to capture the raw and realness of you and your family. Wear something that makes you feel amazing and comfortable. 

How much are shoots?

Will it be film and digital?

The shoots can be captured in both film and digital but it is completely up to you! 

Can my pet be apart of the shoot?

Of course! They are family so they should be part of the shoot!

PRINTS

Where are you located?

We are located in Melbourne, Australia. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free express post shipping Australia wide. 

International shipping will incur a flat rate shipping cost dependant on your location. Please contact us with any shipping queries you have. 

Tracking details will be provided once your order is sent and you can track your order at Australia Post

Can you drop off the print? 

If you live within 20km of the Melbourne CBD we can drop off your print. Please contact us to arrange your drop off. 

How are your prints packaged? 

Print sizes A4 to A3 are mailed using our white rigid 600gsm cardboard mailers that are stiff, strong, fully recyclable and specifically designed to post art prints. 

Within our rigid mailers, your art print will be packed within our crystal clear archival bags combined with our acid free white backing boards (1mm thick) for extra protection. 

Prints sizes A2 to A1 are mailed using our strong mailer tubes (100mm wide x 1000mm length).

Should I lay out my print before framing?

If your print has been received using our strong mailer tubes, yes! We recommend you lay out your print on a flat surface (dust free) for a few hours before inserting into a frame. 

How long does delivery take? 

Our fine art giclée prints are made to order. Please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and then a further 5 - 7 business days for your order to be received in Australia and 7 - 14 business days to be received internationally dependant on the country of destination. 

COVID-19 has caused significant shipping delays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

What if I don't receive my order? 

If your order hasn't been received within a reasonable period outside our standard shipping times, please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post. 

What paper do you use? 

We print on Canson Baryta Prestige 340gsm (archival semi-gloss paper) using high quality, exhibition standard printers. Take a look at our collections here.

Do you provide framing? 

We are currently working on this and can offer framing recommendations if you live in Melbourne, Australia. Please contact us with any framing queries you have. 

What are the exact measurements of the prints? 

Print sizes A4 to A2 are inclusive of a 30mm (3cm) white border and print size A1 is inclusive of a 50mm (5cm) white border. This gives our prints a more balanced and contemporary look. Please see below our sizing charts for more information: 

 

What is your returns policy? 

All our prints are made to order, therefore once you place your order and it has been processed, we cannot accept any returns, offer any exchanges or refunds. Please choose carefully and contact us with any queries you have. 

If your print has been damaged in transit, please take a photo(s) of your damaged print, the packaging it arrived in and contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement print if deemed to be appropriate.
